While I take great care to ensure every purchase is packaged as safely as possible and use Priority or First Class shipping almost exclusively to track your packages, sometimes issues with USPS which are far beyond the scope of my control. If a claim needs to be filed, I will take care of this for you as long as the proper images and documentation are submitted to me. 

If an item goes missing but is marked as “delivered,” in the tracking notifications, I will file a claim but will not replace the item as this is beyond the scope of my control. If, after filing a claim there is sufficient evidence that the item was lost in transit, I will send a replacement item as soon as possible using the money from the claim. 

All shipping, again, goes through USPS using First Class or Priority shipping depending on the size and weight of the package.

All sales are final with the exception of damaged items during shipping. I encourage you to ask any questions you may have before the purchase is made.

If an item arrives damaged or if the contents of your package are not the listings you ordered, please contact me via email at as soon as possible with a detailed description as well as pictures of the damage to the item or packaging and full contents of the package.
